Static Asset Minification

We all know that plugins and themes don't play well - they are not meant to. Plugin will include, god knows, how many CSS or JS files and we are on theme authors' mercy for efficient library usage.

In this section, lets talk about CSS, JS and HTML combination and minification.

At this point, you have an option to use either an all in one plugin like W3 Total Cache or WP Rocket. But they are bloated in my opinion. Lets use one simple plugin for our use case - https://wordpress.org/plugins/autoptimize/
